Natalie Little, Business Development Director at ELEVEN Consulting Group, leads the firm’s business development efforts with a focus on private equity portfolios and the Florida market. Prior to joining ELEVEN, Natalie was with the consulting firms, Focal Point Data Risk and Advanced Financial Solutions, as the managing partner in charge of all accounting and finance services and personally specializes in technical accounting, audit facilitation, private equity support services, and project management services for over 20 years. Her career experience also includes 11 years with EY in the audit practice where she led and contributed to client delivery across a wide variety of companies throughout Florida and the Midwest.

Natalie’s industry specialization includes private and public companies in technology, retail, restaurant, manufacturing, consumer products, professional services, and healthcare. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Florida, passed the CPA exam in Georgia, and lives in Parkland, FL.

Engaged by $240M private equity owned manufacturer of utility infrastructure solutions to support purchase price negotiations, lead acquisition integration team, and serve as interim CFO and CAO. Provided these same services on four subsequent bolt-on acquisitions totaling over $300M spanning a 3-year period. Prepared each opening balance sheet and required valuations under ASC 805/820. Upon exit, led the team on behalf of private equity firm, to complete the sale of the Company to a multi-national conglomerate.
